Molester asked to slap self with slipper 10 times on head, let off

A 16-year-old girl from West Bengal was molested by a 15-year-old youth in Goverdhan, Mathura. CCTV footage captured the incident, leading to the accused being ordered to apologize and slap himself by a panchayat.
