Soren moves SC against rejection of bail plea by HC

Former Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren challenged bail plea rejection in money laundering case at SC. The bench comprising of CJI DY Chandrachud and justices J B Pardiwala and Manoj Misra asked senior advocate Kapil Sibal, who is appearing for Soren, to write an email regarding the request and said that the bench would look into it.
