Madras HC puts sexual & spiritual orientations on a par, allows ritual

Madras High Court in Madurai ruled in favor of P Naveen Kumar to perform a spiritual ritual at a place of worship in Karur district. The court emphasized the fundamental rights of the individual and declared a previous ban null and void.
