IndiGo clock $1bn profit, to launch business class

IndiGo, India’s largest airline, reported a record annual profit of nearly $1 billion. Plans to introduce a business class on select routes by year-end were announced. CEO Pieter Elbers highlighted the strong financial performance, with a net profit of around Rs 8,200 crore in FY 2024.
