Nagpur hit-&-run: Cop benched for 48-hr delay in sending blood samples for test

Nagpur police commissioner suspended and shifted Wathoda police station inspector Vijay Dighe for a 48-hour delay in sending blood samples of hit-and-run case accused. The incident near Dighori toll naka resulted in two deaths and 15 injuries to the Bagadiya family members.
