Brother-in-law of Chhota Shakeel dies in Arthur jail

Arife Aboobakar Shaikh, brother-in-law of Chhota Shakeel, died of a heart attack in Arthur Road Jail. He was one of the few close relatives in India after becoming a fugitive, residing in Mira Road, Thane.
