A ‘throw’ that caught officials off-guard

During the U-14 mixed standing throw event at the Kerala State Schools’ Sports Meet, organizers faced an unexpected delay. Gajanand Sahu from Idukki, a general category athlete participating in the inclusive sport team event, threw the ball over 40 meters, exceeding the 24-meter field of play. The organizers had to relocate the field, causing a two-hour delay.
