Actor Shiyas Kareem, accused in rape case, detained at Chennai airport

Shiyas Kareem, an actor and reality show star, has been detained at Chennai International Airport in connection with a rape and cheating case. A woman filed a complaint stating that Kareem had repeatedly raped her after promising to marry her and also took her money. Kareem was detained by immigration authorities at the airport upon his arrival from Dubai. The police are expected to take custody of Kareem and he may secure bail as he had received interim bail from the high court. Kareem gained popularity through television shows like Bigg Boss Malayalam and Star Magic.
