Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance joins Metaverse

Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance (ABSLI) has launched InsureVerse, a 3D virtual experience allowing customers to interact with life insurance experts and agents. ABSLI will be the first private life insurance company to join India’s Metaverse. With the aim to improve customer service, InsureVerse’s virtual lounges include interactive displays, digital walls, personalised advice and immersive showcases of life insurance products.
