After 53 net searches, man poisons 2 sisters over prop row

A forest department staffer from Alibaug, Ganesh Mohite, has been arrested for poisoning his two sisters over a property dispute. The sisters had been demanding their share of the family property, leading to a family dispute. Ganesh had transferred the family house in his name and had withdrawn money from his mother’s bank account. Prior to the incident, he had searched the internet for information on poisonous substances and had a pamphlet of rat poison in his car. Ganesh has confessed to the crime and is in police custody.
