All-women customer care centre for Noida Power Company Limited

Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL), which supplies power to Greater Noida, has started an all-women customer care centre to promote gender parity. NPCL’s Techzone 4 office was transformed into this new customer care centre, led and supervised by an all-women staff of seven. The all-women centre is separate from NPCL’s main customer care centre at Knowledge Park I and comes equipped with a queue management system, self-help kiosks and feedback tabs.
