Artist makes sculpture that moves on its own

Dutch artist Theo Jansen has been creating wind-powered sculptures called Strandbeests since 1990. These intricate structures, resembling animal skeletons, harness wind energy to move across beaches. Built with lightweight materials like PVC pipes, they utilize a unique leg system and sometimes store compressed air, enabling them to mimic the movement of living creatures.
