Australia not thin on spin options: Pat Cummins

Australia has included only one specialist spinner, Adam Zampa, in their squad for the upcoming series in India. Left-arm spinner Ashton Agar was initially named in the squad but was later removed due to injury. Instead of replacing him with another spinner, Australia decided to strengthen their batting unit with Marnus Labuschagne. Captain Pat Cummins believes that Glenn Maxwell, an off-spinner, can complement Zampa and provide 20 overs of spin. Cummins also emphasized Maxwell’s importance as an all-rounder and mentioned that the team will practice against spin to prepare for the series.
