Bihar migrant worker killed in Kashmir, first targeted attack since new government took charge

The bullet-riddled body of 30-year-old migrant labourer Ashok Chauhan from Bihar was found in a maize field in Kashmir’s Shopian district, marking the first targeted attack on migrant workers since CM Omar Abdullah’s coalition government assumed office. This is the fourth attack on non-natives in the region this year.
