BJP benefitted from AIADMK: Munusamy

AIADMK deputy general secretary K P Munusamy criticized BJP leader H Raja for his derogatory remarks about AIADMK. Munusamy reminded Raja that AIADMK had supported him in the past and had also supported the BJP-led government in passing legislation. Munusamy denied allegations that AIADMK had pressured BJP to dissolve the DMK-led government and said such false statements were being made to divert attention. He also dismissed claims that BJP wanted K Annamalai to be declared as the alliance’s chief ministerial candidate. Munusamy expressed confidence in AIADMK’s support base and predicted a victory in the 2026 assembly election.
