BMW M 1000 R launched in India: Why this Rs 33 lakh motorcycle is so special

The bike gets the same engine as the M 1000 RR. It’s powered by a 999 cc, in-line 4-cylinder water-cooled engine which puts out 212hp at 14,500 rpm and 113 Nm of peak torque. BMW claims the bike can sprint from 0-100 kph in 3.2 seconds and has a top speed of 280 kph.
