Boy, 4, murdered in human sacrifice ritual in Punjab; accused held

The Khanna police in Punjab arrested one Arvinder Kumar for the murder of a four-year-old boy, carried out as part of a sacrificial ritual, SSP Khanna, Amneet Kondal, said on Tuesday.
