Two brothers who had been on the run for 29 years after brutally murdering a woman and her four children in Thane, Maharashtra, have been arrested in Varanasi. The motive behind the murder was a dispute over missing Rs 3,000. One of the accused was arrested earlier, while the two brothers assumed fake identities and lived in Uttar Pradesh. The brothers confessed to the crime during interrogation. The police arrested them with the help of a joint team from Varanasi Police and the Maharashtra Crime Branch Police.
