Danilimda police filed a case against two unknown individuals for cheating Ikramuddin Ansari, a tea stall vendor, out of Rs 1.90 lakh. They manipulated him into switching online payment gateways and used his phone to transfer funds, promising to waive charges. They deleted transaction history to cover up the fraud.
