Several plots of land allotted to the Directorate of Education (DoE) in northwest Delhi’s Qadipur, Nangli Poona, and Nathu Colony have been left undeveloped, causing overcrowding in nearby schools. The land, intended for school construction, is instead being used for farming and grazing cattle, while garbage accumulates near the gates. Despite funds being allocated for boundary walls, construction has been delayed due to local protests and legal disputes. The lack of schools in the area forces students to travel long distances to overcrowded schools.
