Almost a fortnight after 47-year-old Manisha Dudhela was found murdered in her Vejalpur flat, the city police made its first arrest in the case. The accused confessed that Manisha’s former husband, who is an officer with the Central Intelligence Bureau, had given him the contract to kill her, said police.
