Congress observer arrives in Dehradun, scheduled to meet seniors

Amid the ongoing verbal tussle among the state top brass of Uttarakhand Congress, the party-appointed observer P L Punia along with state in-charge Devender Yadav arrived in Dehradun on Saturday.
