Couple among 3 die due to asphyxiation in septic tank

Three members of a family in Bhagalpur district, India, tragically lost their lives due to asphyxiation inside a septic tank. Punit Yadav slipped into the tank while trying to retrieve a tool, and his wife and a relative also fell in while attempting a rescue. All three succumbed to the toxic fumes before help could arrive.
