Delhi: Centre mulls more parking space around Kartavya Path

The Indian government is planning to create more parking spaces around the Kartavya Path and the upcoming Common Central Secretariat (CCS) buildings in order to meet the needs of visitors and office workers. The construction of large parking spaces in the basements of the CCS buildings is taking longer than expected and affecting project timelines. The government is considering alternatives such as building multi-level parking in the area to address the parking problem. Currently, there is inadequate parking space in the area, leading to blocked roads.
