Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal offers ‘expertise’ to Centre

Reiterating that only good school education and healthcare facilities can make India the number one country in the world, chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday offered Delhi government’s “expertise” in bringing revolutionary changes in the two sectors.
