Delhi: Cycle track around Nehru Park to be ready by November end

The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has set a deadline for the completion of a 2.7km cycle track around Nehru Park. Due to rain and preparations for the G20 summit, the project has been delayed. The track will have 200 lamp posts for lighting in the evening and will be accessible from various intersections and connecting roads. The NDMC is also working on a 9-10km cycling track to connect government housing colonies to offices in the area, but financial approvals are still pending.
