Delhi Police Special Cell busts firearms syndicate, 2 women arrested

Delhi Police’s Special Cell has arrested two women who were part of an interstate arms trafficking syndicate. The police recovered ten high-quality pistols from the suspects, who were residents of Bulandshahr in Uttar Pradesh. The firearms were intended to be supplied to gangsters in the Delhi-NCR region and were brought from Khargone, Madhya Pradesh. The women disclosed that they had been involved in illegal activities for over two years and had supplied more than 200 weapons to criminals. The police are now investigating further to find the linkages of the syndicate and apprehend the mastermind behind the operation.
