Delhi records season’s lowest night temp at 18.3 degree Celsius

New Delhi experienced its lowest night temperature of the season at 18.3 degrees Celsius, four degrees below normal. The dip in temperature is attributed to north-westerly winds and clear skies. The India Meteorological Department predicts that the minimum temperature will further decrease to 18 degrees Celsius on Wednesday and Thursday before gradually rising from Friday. Other areas in Delhi also saw lower temperatures than Safdarjung, with the north Delhi ridge recording 16.5 degrees Celsius and Lodhi Road at 16.9 degrees Celsius.
