Delhi University student’s murder premeditated: Police

The murder of a 19-year-old DU student outside Aryabhatta College in June was premeditated, according to a chargesheet filed by police. The assailants allegedly prepared fake admit cards to gain entry into the college and ordered a knife from an e-commerce website to carry out the attack. Five people have been named as accused, with two juveniles also involved. Police are investigating the role of three other suspects and plan to file a supplementary chargesheet. The victim’s family is calling for the strictest punishment and wants the case to be investigated by the CBI.
