Director Ranjith Sankar hails ‘OMG 2’, calls it a ‘Mast movie!’

Mollywood director Ranjith Sankar praised the Bollywood film ‘OMG 2’ for its screenplay and described it as a “Mast Movie.” Directed by Amit Rai, the film explores the topic of sex education in India and stars Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi, and Yami Gautam Dhar. Released in August 2023, it received positive reviews and became the seventh highest-grossing Hindi film of the year. Ranjith Sankar is set to make a comeback with the film ‘Jai Ganesh’ and has also expressed interest in directing a superhero film.
