Docs prescribed Soumya killers Protinex, dry fruits in jail

Three convicts, Ravi Kapoor, Amit Shukla, and Baljeet Malik, who were responsible for the murders of journalist Soumya Viswanathan, IT executive Jigisha Ghosh, and a cab driver, have shown no signs of reform during their 15-year imprisonment. They have been involved in mischief, created a nuisance, and even ran an extortion ring from prison. They exploited their legal rights to receive special privileges, such as dry fruits, almonds, dates, energy drinks, and protein supplements prescribed by a Unani doctor. They also formed a nexus with doctors to arrange trips to hospitals outside of jail.
