DRI seizes 20kg gold worth Rs 15 crore from 25 flyers at Chennai airport

DRI officials at Chennai International Airport seized approximately 20kg of gold, valued at Rs 15 crore, from 25 passengers arriving from Singapore on three separate flights. The passengers, suspected to be part of different smuggling gangs, were apprehended during an overnight operation. Investigations are underway to determine the potential involvement of customs officials.
