Delhi University (DU) students will vote for their union after a three-year hiatus due to the Covid-19 lockdown. The election, scheduled for Friday, will see intense campaigning by student organizations. Security has been heightened on campus, and the model code of conduct is in place, resulting in the removal of campaign posters and hoardings. The DU Students’ Union (DUSU) election will be conducted using electronic voting machines (EVMs), while college union elections will be on ballot paper. The election will witness competition between various student groups, including ABVP, NSUI, AISA, and SFI.
