ED allows sale of attached assets of firm accused of scam & refund of Rs 185 crore to SBI

In a significant restitution case, the Enforcement Directorate facilitated the sale and refund of assets worth 185 crore of Surya Pharmaceuticals to SBI, after the company and its directors were accused of money laundering. The assets, including real estate and machinery in Jammu, were returned following a special court’s approval.
