‘ED to arrest Kejriwal when he appears before them on Nov 2’

Kejriwal has been issued summons to appear before the ED for questioning in a money laundering case linked to the alleged excise policy scam. The agency will record his statement once he deposes before the investigating officer of the case in Delhi.
