Empty magazine in luggage: HC quashes FIR against singer

Delhi High Court has dismissed an FIR against Bollywood singer Fazilpuria after an empty magazine was found in his luggage at the airport. The court accepted the singer’s explanation that his personal security officer (PSO) mistakenly placed the magazine in his bag. The PSO holds a valid arms license and stated that it was a genuine mistake. The court found no reason to doubt the singer’s explanation and quashed the FIR. The singer’s lawyer argued that there was no evidence to prove that he had intentional possession of the magazine.
