EU warns Musk over disinformation on Hamas terrorism

The European Union (EU) has warned Elon Musk about allegations of disinformation on his social media platform, referred to as “X”. The EU has accused Musk of disseminating fake news and repurposing old images regarding the Hamas attack on Israel. If he fails to comply with new regulations under the Digital Services Act, Musk could face fines or a blackout of his platform in the EU.
