Eye on China, India steps up defence ties with Singapore

India and Singapore have agreed to deepen defence cooperation by commencing co-development and co-production of military equipment, and extending their joint military training agreement for five more years. The countries aim to enhance defence-industry collaboration, particularly in automation and AI, while boosting cyber security cooperation amidst increasing regional challenges.
