Film producer VA Durai passes away; film industry mourns the loss

Producer VA Durai, known for films like Baba and Pithamagan, passed away at the age of 69 due to health issues. Durai had been suffering from diabetes and had to amputate his leg a couple of months ago. He had received financial help from actors Suriya, Rajinikanth, Raghava Lawrence, and Vikram for his medical treatment. Despite receiving home treatment, Durai’s health did not improve and he passed away on October 2. The film industry is mourning his loss.
