Five held in fake edu cert scam, docus cost from 25k to 1.35L

Goa police have apprehended five individuals suspected of running a fake certificate scam. The alleged mastermind, Bindi Parab, is accused of forging educational documents for various institutions, charging between Rs 25,000 to Rs 1,35,000. Police investigations revealed Parab issued numerous fake certificates, with payments received through digital platforms and cash.
