Fodder scam case: Difficult to cancel Lalu’s bail after 4yrs, SC says

The Supreme Court has indicated that it would be difficult to cancel the bail granted to RJD chief Lalu Prasad by the Jharkhand high court in a fodder scam case. The court noted that Lalu Prasad has been out on bail for the past four years. The court also said that even if they were to rule in favor of canceling the bail, it would be challenging to put him back in jail. The case has been postponed until January. The CBI has challenged the high court’s order granting bail to Lalu Prasad.
