Frame judicial conduct norms: Bar body after judge outburst

AIBA has requested CJI D Y Chandrachud to establish guidelines for judicial conduct following Justice R Subramanian’s unprofessional outburst at senior advocate P Wilson. AIBA also called for a Supreme Court judge-led monitoring committee to review virtual court proceedings, highlighting the need for complaint redressal mechanisms.
