According to EY’s GCC Pulse Survey 2023, 77% of participants expect a majority of their global capability centre (GCC) workforce to work flexibly in the next year, but less than 25% will work remotely. The survey includes 87 GCCs across various locations, with an average of 1,340 employees. The average attrition rate in GCCs is 12.5%, with concerns about the “war for talent.”
