Godrej Agrovet to invest Rs 300 crore on integrated palm oil complex in Telangana

Godrej Agrovet Ltd (GAVL) is investing Rs 300 crore in setting up a palm oil complex in Telangana. The complex will include a crude palm oil mill, a refinery, a nursery, a seed research and breeding facility, and a palm seed garden. The project aims to bring 50,000 acres of land under oil palm cultivation and create 250 direct and 500 indirect jobs. Telangana’s oil palm mission plans to bring 20 lakh acres under cultivation across the state.
