Govt is striving to promote ecotourism, save wildlife: CM

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has highlighted the potential for ecotourism in the state. He mentioned that the forest department has taken steps to promote ecotourism, including developing 10 wetlands. Adityanath also praised the growth of ecotourism in various regions of Uttar Pradesh. He inaugurated projects worth Rs 248 crore and emphasized the importance of protecting animals and the ecosystem for human existence. Adityanath mentioned the increase in tiger population in Pilibhit Tiger Reserve and the government’s efforts to address man-animal conflicts. The reserve received the International Tiger X2 Award.
