Govt launches system to block ‘fake’ international scam calls: How it will work

The government has introduced the ‘International Incoming Spoofed Calls Prevention System’ to combat financial fraud by identifying and blocking international calls posing as Indian numbers. This system aims to reduce spoofed calls and protect citizens from scams. In the last 24 hours, it has blocked 1.35 crore spoofed calls.
