Mizoram authorities seized a large amount of heroin and illegal areca nuts. The seizure was worth over 10 million rupees. Three people were arrested during the operation. The operation took place on November 5th in Champhai district. The Assam Rifles, Excise and Narcotics Department, and Custom Preventive Force were involved.
