HC issues notice to university for failing student overuse of AI in exam

A postgraduate law student at O.P. Jindal Global University is challenging his exam failure, alleging the university wrongly accused him of using AI. Kaustubh Shakkarwar claims the university hasn’t provided evidence and denied him a fair hearing. The Punjab and Haryana High Court will hear the case in November.
