Hindu Pathans from Pak-Afghan border keep Dussehra legacy alive

Yograj Sahni, an 84-year-old Hindu Pathan, reminisces about his migration from Pakistan’s North-West Frontier Province to India in 1947. He explains how the Hindu Pathan community has maintained its enthusiasm for Dussehra rituals and the shared harmony between Hindus and Muslims in their native land. Yograj’s family settled in Nagpur, where they established the Sanatan Dharm Yuvak Sanstha.
