How 4 ganged up to sell NRI’s Rs 40 crore plot in Gurgaon

Four individuals, including a lawyer, have been arrested for a fraud scheme in Gurgaon, India, in which they sold an NRI’s plot of land worth Rs 40 crore. The fraud involved forging documents and creating a fake general power of attorney to transfer the land to one of the gang members. The gang also manipulated records in a government office and eventually sold the land for Rs 6 crore.
